Xian LONGi Silicon Materials Corp. incorporates at year 2000 with original name Xian Xinmeng Electronic Technologies Co., Ltd. Since 2008 we have changed to our current name after shareholding restructuring.

LONGi designs, manufactures and processes monocrystalline silicon ingots/wafers for both PV and Semi applications. LONGi is developing with its rapid pace after converting its major business into solar industry. LONGis business properties come from it experiences from semi, innovative technologies, cost advantages and production scale. In year 2009 its capacity is 250 MW/yr in term of silicon wafers, by year 2010 it will be 300 MW/yr. LONGi plan to expand capacity to 800-1000 MW/yr by 2012.
