5th July, 2008, the founding ceromony and first shareholder meeting of Xi’an LONGi Silicon Materials Co. Ltd. was held and participated by all LONGi shareholders. During the meeting, 15 proposals, e.g. articles of corporation, rule of procedure of shareholders' meeting, rule of procedure of board meeting, rule of independent director, etc., were passed. Some major directors, such as board members, board director, GM, independent directors and supervisors, were appointed respectively.
28th July, 2008, the new registration licence of LONGi Silicon Materials Co. Ltd was issued by Commercial Admin. Office of Xi’an, China, annoucing the found of Xi’an LONGi Silicon Materials Co. Ltd.
